You have located the Merit resident portal for our client communities. If this is your first visit to the site, please locate your coupon booklet or statement and find your account number. Then click on the blue box at the top of the web page that says REGISTER and complete your registration.
If you do not have any documentation showing your account number, don't worry, you can still register using your name and property address, but the approval process may take a bit longer.
Approval takes approximately 48 hours. Once you receive your registration confirmation email, you may sign in and check out the entire site. This site should serve as your go-to for Association information. Not only will you be able to review your account information in real-time, but you can make one-time and recurring payments, and download Association documents.
